8:00 a.m. - Continental Breakfast (Matterhorn).
9:00 - 11:00 a.m. - Movie of 1904 World’s Fair or Comedian.
11:30 or Noon - Lunch at Pujols 5 Westport Grill. 
1:30 - 3:00p.m. - The Playhouse at Westport Plaza theatre.
5:15 or 6:30 p.m. - Bus trip to Cooper Bussmann for Tour
                              Lab Demonstration and meal.
      (If signed up for tour – Note: only first 120 persons
                eligible for tour.  See registration form).

Tuesday, September 18, 2007

8:00 a.m. - Continental Breakfast (Matterhorn).
9:00 a.m. - Bus picks up guests in front of hotel for visit to
                   Old Town St. Charles.
9:15 - 10:00 a.m. - Guided bus tour of Old Town.
10:00 - 11:30 a.m. - Walking tour, visit shops, or go
                                 through Becky Thachers house.
11:45 a.m. - Regroup for lunch.
12:00 Noon - Lunch at  Ameristar or Harrah’s Buffet.
1:30 p.m. - Return to hotel to relax, visit Westport Plaza shops
                  and get ready for Tuesday Banquet. 
7:00 p.m. - Reception, Banquet, Dining, Door Prizes, and
                   Entertainment.

 

        Wednesday, September 19, 2007

8:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Continental Breakfast & Gift
                               Exchange  (Matterhorn)
10:00 - 12:00 noon - Pack suitcases, make last minute purchases,
                                  and say good-bye again!

THE GIFT EXCHANGE AT THE WEDNESDAY MORNING CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS A WESTERN SECTION LADIES TRADITION OF BRINGING A CRAFT ITEM OR SIMILAR GIFT ($10.00 - $20.00) TO USE AS A DOOR PRIZE.  YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO BRING A GIFT.  THIS IS ONLY INTENDED FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO DO SO.
